Turquant Builder Services was founded by Melissa Leediker, a former federal auditor with years of experience helping small businesses get their finances under control.

When Turquant launched, it served a broad range of industries. But over time, one group kept standing out: custom homebuilders.

Melissa found herself drawn to the way builders work — the high standards, the complexity, the constant pressure to balance craftsmanship with business realities. Builders weren't just business owners. They were creators and planners juggling massive moving parts. But when it came to their finances, many felt overwhelmed, underserved, or completely in the dark.

Seeing that gap, Turquant shifted its entire focus to builders. What started as a bookkeeping practice has grown into a strategic financial services firm, specializing in fractional controller support, financial systems design, and builder-focused guidance.

Today, Turquant helps builders not just track their numbers, but truly understand them so they can make smarter decisions and run more profitable, sustainable businesses.
